There's nothing like trying out a few new tech tools - here are a few that I have implemented that I have found to help streamline a few of my activities. Let me know what you think:

An online play list of music - you can listen to other people's music, build your own play list, etc. It's similar to sharing your music through iTunes on an Intranet, except now you are sharing on the Internet!

Google recently purchased this company and will be challenging Microsoft with this product. The product is an online word publishing app. I don't know if I'm sold yet, but the world is changing and opensource software is wonderful so you never know. (Granted I don't know how this would beat out OpenOffice.org?!)

If you have ever lost your Flash drive or needed it when it wasn't around here's your solution. This site offers 1 gig of free online storage space. There are other services like this one, but thus far I have been pleasantly surprised by the easy to use interface.
