Apple has my vote

Seriously what kind of company would after a year or so offer a rebate or new mp3 player to users who were having battery problems? I know RIO or Sony wouldn't, I checked. But Apple (the King of mp3 players) has decided to either replace faulty batteries that are not keeping their 8 hour charge, or provide a $50 voucher for apple gear (see apple.com). Not bad. Just another reason Apple has my vote.
