Hello all!
It's been a busy couple of weeks and that is the reason for the lack of blogs lately. I thought that all the mini ethics lessons were great! I never knew how many resources are available to help people. I also didn't realize how insecure my own computer is. My group and I did the computer security lesson and honestly, I had always thought that Symantic or some other anti virus system could keep you safe from everything that is on the web. Now I know that it is not true. You really have to keep an eye on what's going on in the computer or you could end up with so many yucky things on it.
I was also very interested in learning about the Digital Divide and Electronic cheating methods. It seems that even since we've been in high school and elementary school, things have changed so much!!! I'm very glad that I've been made aware of the technology situation throughout the world so that I can use it to my advantage in school.

PS I was in a library introduction for my children's lit class and I found some wonderful sites and resources for teachers. If you go into the library home page (http://lib.byu.edu) and then click on Search by Discipline, Education, then Children's Literature or Juvenile Literature, it will take you to this page: http://hbllmedia.lib.byu.edu/subs/subject.pl?s_id=52. Go about half way down and you see "Great Websites for Kids" There are tons of websites on this page that can help with anything from math and science lessons to lesson plans for teachers. i would really advise that you check it out. Who would've guessed that the library was such a good resource? :)
Also here is an XML for the Public Library Association blog at www.plablog.org:
