Here is a great Flash movie outlining two perspectives of where, how and what society has evolved from to what the world will be like in the year 2014. Obviously, some of the historical facts might be biased, and the proposed future perspective is only based on speculation and opinion (however, there seems to be some factual premise.) I would invite you to view it and think about what it is suggesting, and then reflect on the possible learning and teaching implications. Here's the link:
